Carry Her: A Division of Impacting Tomorrow
Rooted in compassion and action, Carry Her supports women and mothers by providing essential care items and educational resources—restoring dignity, one package at a time.
Our Story
It’s not just about giving supplies—it’s about restoring identity.
Across America, millions of women and young mothers quietly carry a weight no one sees. Not the weight of ambition or dreams, but the invisible burden of lacking life’s most basic needs.
Pads. Diapers. Wipes. Formula. Education. These are essentials—not luxuries. And yet, too often, they’re out of reach.
These aren’t rare hardships—they’re everyday realities. This is why Carry Her exists.

Kristina felt the call to serve women, especially those stepping into motherhood too soon, too afraid, or too unequipped. She knows the stats, but more importantly, she knows the faces and the stories. Carry Her was built with them in mind.
It’s for the teen without pads, the mother rationing diapers, the woman never taught to feel proud of her body. It’s about telling every woman, “You are seen. You are worthy. You are not alone.”
Operating from our home base within the Impacting Tomorrow Boutique, Carry Her provides:
Feminine products like pads, tampons, adult diapers, and wipes
Baby care essentials like diapers, wipes, and formula
Educational resources to promote health, dignity, and confidence

More than a program, it’s a promise.
Born out of Impacting Tomorrow’s broader mission and the compassionate vision of Kristina Tracy and Laura Baker, Carry Her is more than a program. It’s a promise: To carry the burdens our sisters were never meant to bear alone.
Why This Work Matters
1 in 3 families in the U.S. struggle to afford diapers, with nearly half of low-income moms having to choose between diapers and food at some point.
1 in 4 women in the U.S. face inconsistent or unaffordable access to menstrual products.
Women in poverty are more likely to miss school, work, or community engagement due to lack of access to feminine care.
4% of charities in the U.S. provide menstrual products to those in need.
Carry Her is here to change that—one guest, one conversation, and one care package at a time.
How you can help
Through donations, community partnerships, and the heart work of volunteers, Carry Her is helping break cycles of scarcity and shame—replacing them with dignity, knowledge, and hope.
