Volunteer
We are dependent on a volunteer base that is excited and passionate about building a better community in Southwest Ohio. We rely on our volunteers in order to execute our day-to-day operations and to provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible.
Volunteer Information
We have Two Main Volunteer Opportunities Available

Market Volunteering
The Market Off 50 relies on volunteers to ensure a great shopping experience, with roles assigned at the Volunteer Kick-Off Meeting before opening.

Boutique Volunteering
The Boutique Off 50 requires several volunteers to assist guests during their shopping experience, with roles assigned at the Volunteer Kick-Off Meeting.
How Do I Sign Up To Volunteer?
See the calendar below with our available volunteer opportunities. Click on any opportunity to sign up.
Is There a Minimum Age for Volunteers?
We ask that all volunteers under the age of 15 come in with an adult on their first volunteer shift. Once they have completed their first shift, high school aged volunteers can serve on their own. All volunteers under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult to serve.
I Have a Student Who Needs Volunteer Hours. Can They Get Those Through Impacting Tomorrow
Absolutely! We love working with our local school systems who would like to send volunteers our way. Students will sign up ahead of time through our volunteer calendar below and will fill out their volunteer waiver while signing up for their first shift.
I Want to Volunteer, but I Would Need to Be Able to Sit Down While Doing So? Are There Jobs that I Could Do?
We have a wide variety of tasks that our volunteers help us complete for each Market and Boutique. We always have projects packaging produce and other items which can easily be done seated.
What is the time commitment?
Volunteers sign up for volunteer shifts as their schedule allows. We ask our volunteers to arrive 15 minutes before the Market and Boutique open. We usually wrap up about 15 minutes after the Market and Boutique close.
Sign Up to Volunteer
We use Civic Champs for volunteers to sign up for shifts, ensuring adequate staffing. Please check our volunteer calendar and sign up in advance to help us maintain proper service coverage.

Other Ways To Help
At Impacting Tomorrow, we know that we cannot take care of our community alone. It takes a wide variety of volunteers and community partners to serve our guests well. There are a variety of ways that individuals and groups can be a part of the work that we do.
Questions?
Please contact us for more information
Group Volunteering
Group Volunteering: If you are interested in doing a group volunteer project with your company, church or organization, we would be happy to have you! Depending on the size and availability of your group, these opportunities could be outside of our normal, forward-facing Market and Boutique opportunities. All volunteer group opportunities support the work of Impacting Tomorrow. Once details are finalized, you will receive a private link for the individuals in your group to sign up. To schedule your group, please reach out to Beth Rogers at beth.rogers@impactingtomorrow.com to work through all the details.
Donation Drive
Donation Drive: If you are interested in hosting a donation drive, this is a great way to collect items in bulk to support Impacting Tomorrow. The process is fun and easy for all ages and gives back to the community in a meaningful and tangible way.
When organizing a donation drive with Impacting Tomorrow, you will need to do the following:
- Gather the details for your donation drive—Timeframe that donations will be collected, Location for people to drop off their donations, Specifics on what items you plan to collect (clothing, canned goods, etc)
- Request materials from Impacting Tomorrow–Collection Bins, Materials about Impacting Tomorrow and our mission
- Market your Donation Drive to your community–We will provide any specific information that needs to be included based on the type of drive you are doing (specifics on clothing donations, most needed pantry items, etc)
- Once your drive is completed, coordinate with the Impacting Tomorrow team to deliver the donated items.
