Impacting Tomorrow at the Microsoft Global Nonprofit Leadership Conference

We’re proud to share that our CEO, Ken, was recently invited to attend and speak at the Global Nonprofit Leadership Conference hosted by Microsoft Elevate, an invite-only gathering that brought together leaders from over 800 nonprofit organizations across 40 countries.

This event brought together some of the most forward-thinking minds in the nonprofit space, all focused on one shared goal: solving real challenges within communities through innovation, collaboration, and measurable impact.

Representing Impacting Tomorrow on a Global Stage

Being able to share the story of Impacting Tomorrow at a global conference like this was both a humbling and energizing experience. It reflects the work being done every day within our organization, work rooted in dignity, access, and long-term outcomes for the individuals and families we serve.

More importantly, it placed our mission in conversation with other organizations who are equally committed to driving meaningful change at scale.

Key Takeaways from the Conference

While the sessions themselves were impactful, what stood out most were the conversations happening beyond the stage.

Across organizations, there was a strong alignment around:

  • Leveraging data and technology to improve decision-making
  • Building systems that focus on measurable, long-term outcomes
  • Designing solutions that are rooted in purpose and community impact

These discussions reinforced the importance of not only doing the work but doing it in a way that is scalable, sustainable, and deeply intentional.

Continuing to Build What’s Next

At Impacting Tomorrow, we are building a model that centers on integration, connecting essential services, healthcare access, and long-term support systems under one framework.

Being in a space where this approach is both challenged and strengthened is exactly where we want to be. It pushes us to refine our work, think bigger, and continue evolving in ways that best serve our community.

Acknowledgments

We extend our sincere thanks to Justin Spelhaug and the team at Microsoft for the invitation and for creating space for organizations like Impacting Tomorrow to be seen, heard, and supported.

We’re grateful for the opportunity, the relationships built, and the insights gained and we look forward to continuing this work with even greater intention.
