TaleMed founders Ken and Elizabeth Tracy have always been passionate about giving back and investing in their community. They built their company into the successful business it is today by never losing sight of that spirit of helping others as they provided Talent for Medicine for the healthcare profession.
That’s why they created Impacting Tomorrow – the service arm of TaleMed – to focus their philanthropic efforts. With Impacting Tomorrow, our entire company strives to make a difference in the lives of those around us and have a positive impact on the world, both locally and globally.
Impacting Tomorrow is simply a part of who we are as the TaleMed family. Our team members dedicate their time, energy and talents to the wide variety of community organizations we support.
We focus on helping medical-based, faith-based and local organizations through volunteerism, resource donations and financial giving. Whether the funding is through a financial donation, volunteering time, or through physical donations made by office staff, all of the programs are an equally important part of TaleMed’s vision.

Ken and Elizabeth Tracy founded TaleMed with a clear vision: Find the best healthcare professionals in the country and match them with the best opportunities. We partner with some of the most prestigious and highly respected public and private health systems in all 50 states.
Now in the second decade of business, TaleMed continues our dedication to providing quality care to every patient our team members help.
